Yellows drops the second release off his forthcoming EP No Ego this time teaming up with fellow Alwayz Recording member Paigey Cakey for Cake.
Playing on all meanings of the word “cake” on the bassy and bouncy beat, Yellows delivers his bars in his deep and rich tone while Paigey provides the icing with her sweet vocal covering over the beat of the second verse.
Mistajam premiered Still Sittin’ Here on Saturday evening and caused a stir, as this collaboration between Fekky and Dizzee Rascal was sure to get people talking. Splurgeboys are the duo behind the track, an update on Dizze’s Sitting Here off his Boy In Da Corner album, a grime classic.

Toddla T the BBC Radio 1 DJ and producer is on the buttons, Roll Deep’s famed producer Danny Weed on the bassline and Boy Better Know’s Jammer is spitting bars. The video is shot in Jammer’s infamous basement where Lord Of The Mics has taken place for many years and all of Grime’s greats have visited.
Three of the UK’s most talented MC’s join together again for Scorcher’s Work Get It. Previously in grime collective The Movement, Wretch 32, Mercston and Scorcher are known for their witty and intelligent bars making this an unforgettable track with singer Ari taking care of the hook.
After the recent release of his mixtape Loyal To The Soil last week, Nines is keeping the heat surrounding his name by giving fans a video to one of the tracks off of there, Money On My Mind.
19 year old singer Mnek unleashes a new track Wrote A Song About You, which was premiered on Radio 1 by Annie Mac. The track a follow up to last single, Every Little Word, has a 90’s inspired R&B/House feel to it and I’m sure will do very well. I’m sure this will be on his forthcoming album too, which is said to be released later this year.
Yungen jumps on the Boi-1da, Noah “40″ Shebib and Ninteen85 produced beat for Drake‘s 0-100. I’ve heard a few UK artists already spit over it such as Stormzy, but it’s not been overkilled yet by us. We can always count on Yungen though to jump on beats and freestyle over them and not ruin the tracks, he brings freshness and a different style to it.
