Drake tweeted the link to new video HYFR featuring Lil Wayne saying, “Mazel Tov.’ The video is a re-creation of Drizzy’s Bar Mitzvah.
The opening clip shows footage of a very young Aubrey “Drake” Graham at someone else’s Bar Mitzvah years ago, he says mazel tov to the camera and then it’s cut straight to the into where we read, “On October 24th 2011 Aubrey ‘Drake’ Graham chose to get re-Bar Mitzvah’d as a re-commitment to the Jewish religion.”
The video has three different settings, outside the temple, the ceremony itself inside the temple and the reception afterwards. We get to see how Drake gets down, celebrating and dancing in the reception part. There are also clips of him dressed in a suit standing in front of old childhood friends including longtime producer Noah “40” Shebib. Lil Wayne is dressed in a panda hat/mask for his feature, taking it off half way in. Cameo’s in the video came from Trey Songz, Birdman and DJ Khaled.
