Friday night some of The Wrap Up team headed down to Plan B in Brixton for Grime veteran’s Footsie’s launch party for his ‘King Original 3’ project. The night saw P Money, Big Narstie, Jammer, Big Shizz, and D Double E all touch the mic for a brilliant night. If you missed it, you certainly missed out.
Talking of Newham Generals, D Double E went to the 1Xtra studio for his Fire In The Booth. He shows his versatility in content and flow, going for a laid-back beat talking relationship and break ups to a darker beat for some war talk. Make sure you check it out and understand why he is one of the best.
Political Peak gave us a little bit more of a teaser of what to expect from his ‘Life’s Peak’ EP. The highly-rated Brixton rapper gets us on his vibe and wanting to be ‘Living Life’ more on his wavy track, mixing in some classic DJ Luck and MC Neat’s ‘A Little Bit Of Luck’ at the end.
This video caused a stir last week when it was released, and for a reason too. The official remix video to ‘Don’t Waste My Time’ from unstoppable duo Krept & Konan featuring Chip, French Montana, Wretch 32, Chinx Drugz and Fekky dropped, which saw the two in New York and Thornton Heath in South London. This is going to be a classic for years to come.
Lastly English Frank is keeping his run of videos going by releasing another video from his forthcoming project ‘Frankenstein’, out March 24. ‘Defining Moment’ sees the South London MC team up with Aydoe Soul for this hard-hitting, thought provoking and candid track.

This is the sickest remix of Don’t Waste My Time I’ve heard. Ayo Beatz has really done well along with Banga Nostra and Goldie 1 to really go make the track their own and Krept & Konan have also co-signed this remix writing on their Twitter’s.
Konan “these man dwmt remix is my favourite 1”

Dru Blu switches it up for his version of Krept & Konan’s Don’t Waste My Time – “Play Dirty and Hit Em With The Blue Steel”.
This is the hardest remix to come out for me personally of Don’t Waste My Time from Bonkaz, Stormzy, Swift and Youngs Teflon who all drop punchlines and sick bars, their lyrical skills are so on point on this track.
The Don’t Waste My Time official remix was premiered at Krept & Konans gig on the 28th December for their fans to hear first and it got the reaction it deserved. Now it has been unleashed to the public to hear and this really is what you call an allstar line up with some of the UK’s hardest rappers on it Chip, Wretch 32 and Fekky and from the US French Montana and Chinx Drugz.
Young Spray puts his spin on Trinidad James All Gold Everything in his new track Diamonds this street track shows why he is realer than most.
