We Are Fstvl – Day 2 Sunday[Review]

Day 2 the sun was shining and it was a lovely warm day. I was pleased also that the mud from the previous day had all disappeared. Tight shorts and revealing outfits were in force today! It didn’t seem as busy as the Saturday, even though the sun was out, and everyone had a day off work tomorrow too!

Sven Vath impressed over at the The Big Oudoors – Cocoon stage and it was a better day to be stood enjoying the sound system. I got there early enjoy to Tough Love too over at Toolroom Knights who dropped some pretty impressive tunes along with Tensnake.

Andy C had his Ram tent for the Drum & Bass heads on the Sunday where I watched the likes of Noisia, Loadstar, and Andy C. The tent although was not as packed as the first day still brought the ravers loads of energy. Loadstar and Andy C were definitely my two favourite sets I watched over here and the Ram tent was full of nice vibes all day.

I went over to the main stage to see Duke Dumont who played their own tracks such as ‘I Got You’ and tunes from other artists. They had a really nice mixture and the crowd really enjoyed their set with the sun blaring down and everyone dancing. Annie Mac was another DJ I watched on the main stage and of course in she didn’t disappoint playing all the biggest summer cuts.

Headliner Fatboy Slim did the title justice as he played his classic tracks such as ‘Praise You’, Right Here Right Now’ and newest one ‘Eat Sleep Rave Repeat’ along with some of the biggest dance tunes ever. There was a lazer light show during his set, fireworks going off at the side of the stage and big fireworks once he had finished shooting across the sky above the stage, ending the festival magnificently.

We Are Fstvl 2014 – Sat Review [Review]

We Are Fstvl took place over the bank holiday weekend of May 24th-25th.  Based in Upminster in Essex, the festival is only in it’s second year. The first day after checking into the hotel and getting to the site we arrived around 4pm, with the sky filled with clouds and rain about to descend we weren’t going to let that ruin our fun. The site itself for the festival had got increasingly bigger, and so it seemed had the VIP where you could go and relax and pamper yourself with MK taking over in the tent.

I spent a lot of my time in the Hospitality tent on the Saturday. Being a D&B fan I got to see some of the best DJ’s play everything from liquid to jump up. I was especially excited to see Shy FX, Friction, High Contrast and Camo & Krooked who played tune after tune mixing in some Grime tunes in the middle such as ‘German Whip’.

I ventured over to Defected In The House too who were really successful at the festival last year made a return where we sam Kenny Dope, Nick Curly, Sam Divine and more spin to a happy and packed crowd. Oliver $’s and Guti got a really good crowd reaction over at Defected.

The two outdoor stages were not affected by the rain and mud as festival goers could not miss the big names headlining at the Big Outdoors – We Are Elctrnc and the Main Stage. We Are Elctrnc saw the likes of Knife Party, Chuckie, Hard Rock Sofa and more take to the stage and make everyone forget about the miserable weather.

The main stage saw brothers Disclosure who have shot to fame play an early set along with heavyweight in the game, Mary Jane Coles. The headline acts Richie Hawtin and Matador closed the main stage leaving the festival goers smiling and ready for day two.

Live Review: V Festival [Hylands Park]

V Festival is a combination of good music, good people and good vibes and I headed down to the Hylands Park site (Essex) on Saturday afternoon for the two-day festival. Arriving in the afternoon we then had to head to the campsite and do the fun part – putting up the tent. Skip to two hours later and we were back at the car enjoying a cold drink before making our way inside…

DJ Fresh showed Essex how to have a good time when he played the Arena Stage with singer Fleur providing the vocals. Everywhere I turned there was a moshpit for this set and everyone seemed to really be having a brilliant time.

Beyonce headlined Saturday night in Chelmsford where I caught the last half of her set, which was enough to see the superstar do her thing with her new blond bob and a combination of sexy outfits – including a sequin purple leotard and a white top with black sequin embellishment and white trousers. She performed ‘Crazy In Love’ ‘Singles Ladies’ and closed on my favourite track ‘Halo’ to rapturous applause.

Sunday was a better line up for me personally and because I stayed the night I was there bright and early to catch as much as I could. I started off my day backstage chilling, enjoying a bit of Jason Mraz who sung the old but good track ‘I’m Yours’.

I then headed off to catch the London boys Rudimental who as always put on an amazing set. DJ Locksmith kept the crowd energy high all through the performance. Their performances of ‘Not Giving In’, ‘Free’ ‘Waiting All Night and ‘Feel The Love’ were all amazing, but my favourite part was after their performance of Fugees ‘Ready Or Not’ – they did a mix going into drum n bass and then one of their tracks.

Kendrick Lemar has had controversy surrounding him at the moment and his performance on Sunday on the 4 Music Stage proved why he is one of the best rappers at the moment. He worked the crowd, interacting with them to get more and more of a better response and delivered dark and soulful tracks such as ‘B***h Don’t Kill My Vibe’, ‘Compton’ and ‘Money Trees’.

Emeli Sande left shudders running through me as I watched her (I’m ashamed to say for the first time) on the Main Stage where she blew me away opening with ‘Heaven’ and moving onto a personal favourite of hers ‘My Kinda Love’. Naughty Boy also joined her on stage playing the piano for ‘Wonder’ and ‘Lifted’.

Returning the favour to Naughty Boy, she came on his set halfway through to perform to us ‘Lifted’ again and a new track called ‘Pluto’ that we will be seeing on his forthcoming album ‘Hotel Cabana’.

Yungen also performed a rather soulful track which we should also expect to see on the album along with the hit record ‘La La La’.

MTV The Wrap Up: UK Rap Rundown [News]

Last week was a good week for the world of rap, especially for me live music wise, as I had quite a busy weekend. I went to the G-Shock Session’s on the Friday evening in Brick Lane to hear some quality live music. I caught Cashtastic, Baby Blue, Scrufizzer, Maxsta, old school legend Rodney P, Smiler and more perform. G-Shock always has the best when it comes to music and never disappoints…

Saturday and Sunday I was a V Festival, which is quite a ‘poppy’ festival but not enough for me to not enjoy myself. They did have K. Koke perform but he was the first act on Saturday and I didn’t arrive till late so missed him, but I did catch Yungen perform on Naughty Boy’s set so look out for that track.

Giggs released the album artwork, tracklisting and release date for his forthcoming album ‘When Will It Stop’ and all I can say is I’m so excited to hear this album (Giggs if you’re reading can I have an album listening invitation, please?). I genuinely can’t wait to hear the track with Styles P, and the one with Ed Sheeran will definitely be a banger too. To be honest I think all of the tracks will be hot. October 14, hurry up!

Colours Miyagi is back with another visual from his ‘Where’s My Money: Reloaded’ mixtape which has done really well and he’s keeping the buzz going with the videos. Even though ‘Like Me’ is a street track it’s one that the ladies can still get down to and could be heard in a club.

It looks like Squeeks is back on a roll too as he a few weeks back he gave us some new music called ‘Clean Cut’. This week sees him drop the video to a track called ‘This Life’ featuring Goldie 1 who I’ve been hearing a lot about. It’s good to see Squeeks back on his A-game in the lead up to ‘Presidential Musiq’.

Koder dropped a mixtape last week called ‘The Calm’. He is one to watch out for, and I had a quick chat with him about grime at Apartment 58. “I think everyone is scared right now; they’re scared of the competitive element which used to exist and was a big part of grime – like battling, clashing, sending for each other… that ‘I’m the best in the room’ effect.

“I feel everyone’s attention has kind of shifted; we’ve lost that core element – but I think it can be summarized by the word ‘scared.’”

Interesting and I think he has a point, what do you think?

LIVE REVIEW: RED BULL CULTURE CLASH (LONDON)

It was the biggest music battle to hit London this year and only one sound system could win. The rules were simple; four rounds which are 15 minutes long, you have to save the special guests and the dubs until the last round, you can’t play a tune that’s been played already and the winner is crowned from the decibel reading at the end…

Even though the rules were simple, Major Lazer played as if the rules were there to be broken, playing dubs and bringing out special guests before the end round. Round one kicked off with Channel One bringing roots and culture to the clash, moving on to Annie Mac who kicked off with tunes like ‘Clique’ and ‘212’.

Major Lazer played a Bruno Mars dub on the first round and then dropped their hit ‘Pon De Floor’, starting the first round off with electricity. Diplo also got into a massive blow up see-through ball and tumbled across the crowd in it.

Boy Better Know’s first round was so hyped; playing the biggest and best bass instrumentals from Pay As You Cartel’s ‘Know We’, Faze Miyake’s ‘Take Off’ and Breakage’s ‘Hard’. Just from the first round alone, I thought it was going to be Annie Mac or BBK who was going to win.

The second round is where it got tense, with Major Lazer playing more dubs and also bringing out Stylo G. BBK weren’t happy, as Skepta said: ‘You’re not meant to bring out special guests till the end, Major Lazor better turn their lazors off!”

Wiley’s hits ‘Heatwave’ and ‘Can You Hear Me’ were played in round two and the man himself also jumped into the crowd, giving fans a special surprise. P Money also MC’d over some dubstep on Annie Mac’s set. BBK got more upset on round three, with JME warning his competitors, saying ‘I’m gonna slap someone!’ Channel One also stepped in saying, ‘Major Lazer don’t disrespect, have some respect for the artist dem.’ Round three was called ‘Sleeping With The Enemy’, which meant they all had to play the sounds of an opponent’s sound system.

Round four was the time to get serious, where contestants brought the disses, the dubs and the guests. Major Lazer brought out impressive guests Rita Ora and Usher, which saw Rita have a wardrobe malfunction and revealing a boob! Usher performed ‘Climax’ with Diplo remixing it to a reggae version.

Annie Mac presented us with remarkable guests, including Maverick SabreKaty BMs Dynamite and Example. BBK got came with a Giggs dubplate, also bringing out their guests Lethal B and Chip.

BBK were crowned as the winners, but I think Major Lazer’s screams were bigger and Annie Mac played more of a variety – but you can’t win when rules are broken so they had to go home empty handed. Congratulations to BBK who played fair and came with wicked tunes and entertainment.

MTV The Wrap Up: K. KOKE – ‘PURE KOKE VOL. 3 – THE MISSING TAPE’ [Review]

K. Koke had fans wondering what he was going to unleash when he tweeted on Sunday that a ‘#KokeSurprise’ was in store. In fact, there was not only one but two surprises; the first being the video to a track called ‘Warning’, which led to his second surprise – ‘Pure Koke Vol. 3 – The Missing Tape’. The USG member also revealed it was to be the last in the series…

The ‘Pure Koke Vol. 1’ mixtape created a heavy buzz underground for the now Roc Nation signee and was independently released and downloaded over 10,000 times.

‘Pure Koke Vol. 3’ is going to keep fans entertained until the release of his debut album ‘I Ain’t Perfect’, which is set for release in January. The first single is called ‘Turn Back’ and features Maverick Sabre, which is due to air on Zane Lowe’s show on Radio 1 this Thursday.

The first two tracks ‘Power’ and ‘Warning’ were a good way to warm up fans old and new, as Koke eases newbies in as gently as he can to his sound. The ‘6 Million Ways To Die’ freestyle is more of Koke’s style and uses the famous Cutty Ranks ‘A Who Seh Me Dun (Wake De Man)’ sample in the beginning, which was furthermore popularised on Snoop Dogg’s ‘Serial Killa’ track.

Onwards, there are a mixture of tracks that, as a Koke fan, you would have already heard. These include ‘We Get It In’, ‘I’m Ready’, ‘Film It’, ‘I’m Back’, ‘Cold Roads’ and more.

I was very impressed with the new tracks, one being ‘Clap Clap’ featuring USG member EXO where he refers to the infamous barbers incident: “I slip regardless, but I didn’t get wigged in the barbers”.

For me, ‘Holla At The Kid’ featuring Dotstar saw Koke deliver something different but impressive. The production is on another level and the electro vibe to it was a welcome addition. ‘I’ll Never’ became a straight banger for me as soon as I heard it. I liked the vocals on the hook, with the rappers motto: “I will never b***h up, I will never switch up, I will never take the stand and snitch”, and of course on this note, the reference to Spider.

The biggest thing to impress me on the tape was the mixture of features. It isn’t like an average UK rap mixtape, where most of the other features are relatively known UK artists. Koke has shown versatility reaching out to rappers from around the globe; for example on ‘Music In My Veins’ a French rapper, CID Youssef, is featured.

On ‘Toronto 2 UK’, we see Canadian rapper Gangis Khan. US rapper Krayzie Bone from Bone Thugs-n-Harmony is present on ‘Way To Go’. ‘Change’ features Grand Hustle members DJ Drama and SPOT and we hear ThoroughBred on ‘Ain’t S**t Change’. He also supports UK talent with the Margs and Malik MD7 feature, as well as including DotstarBig Narstie, Meeks, C Biz and Frostman.

K. Koke fans will definitely be impressed with his latest offering – as one myself, I am. I would have liked to have heard more new tracks, but I reckon he has done the last of the ‘Pure Koke’ series justice.

Now we just have to wait for his Roc Nation debut ‘I Ain’t Perfect’ to see how he switches up the levels in the jump from the mixtape to the album.

Something From Nothing: The Art Of Rap

Last night saw the European premiere of Ice-T’s highly anticipated documentary, Something From Nothing: The Art of Rap. The event was not one to be missed for any hip-hop heads and lovers of wordplay. UK rappers we saw there included Sway, Wretch 32, Jehst, K. Koke and Exo

Contributing founder of gangster rap Ice-T enlisted legends of the hip-hop scene to talk us through their thought-processes, favourite rap lyrics and how they started out in the game.

An impressive amount of artists were featured, including Chuck DImmortal TechniqueNasRun-DMCSnoop DoggEminemDougie FreshGrandmaster CazDr DreKanye WestRakimJoe BuddenMelle Mel, Common and more.

We were taken right back to the basics, with New York back-drops heavily featured in the visuals, reminding us of hip-hop’s place of birth. Ice-T then took us through to Detroit and of course, to his turf – the West Coast. Interestingly enough, the south was not featured, leaving out some key players.

The film was quite fast-paced for a documentary film, which would keep some people entertained; however I found the quick transitions quite overwhelming at times.

Regardless, the film was informative and funny. Ice-T ensured there were many moments of humour, which made the film for me. Hip-hop is known to be an egotistical form of art, so it was refreshing to see lyricists discuss their most vulnerable moments.

One cringe-worthy revelation ironically came from Kanye West. As he was interviewed, he told us about his first rap battle, which went miserably wrong when his opponent delivered the line, ‘wassup, my name is Chris and let me tell you one thing, you smell like p***’ – obviously he lost that battle!

Snoop had his normal banter in check, saying his ‘main inspiration was having two women by his side.’

Ice-T asked the rappers to spontaneously spit their favourite lyrics of all time, and of course, they had to deliver. As expected, Ice-T knew every rhyme they presented to him and often rapped along.

When talking rap essentials, a lot of the rappers agreed that their voice and delivery was an important part. Chuck D said: ‘you had to have a strong voice to cut through the systems.’ Ice-T later praised Cypress Hill for their delivery of rhymes, saying: ‘When you came out, the vocal delivery was so real.’

Salt n Pepa and MC Lyte were the only females in the film, which was a bit disappointing as I felt others could have gotten involved, such as Lauryn Hill.

Overall, the docufilm delved into interesting subjects, thankfully neglecting the money, women and bling side of 21st century rap and concerning itself more with the technicalities of the art form and the business.

As the film finished, we were treated to phenomenal performances by Melle MelChuck D, RaekwonGhostface Killah and Ice-T; it was a tremendous showcase of linguistic skill which left me simply mesmerised.

LIVE REVIEW: WIRELESS FESTIVAL – LONDON (7-8 JULY 2012)

This weekend was the one everyone was waiting for… Wireless Festival! On Saturday, I caught a few tracks from the beautiful Rita Ora, which included ‘How We Do (Party)’, ‘Hot Right Now’, and ‘RIP’. She looked every inch the Roc Nation princess in camouflage combat trousers, black crop top and black beanie hat…

I had to run to see the amazing UK act Clement Marfo + The Frontline, who sent everybody absolutely mental as one of the first acts on at the Pepsi Max Stage. Frontman rapper Clement and singer Kojo exuberated energy, gaining lots of new fans.

Tulisa was up next on the main stage after Rita, opening with N Dubz songs. She showed her ex what he was missing by wearing a black low cut bra style top, with her midriff bare and a high waisted, short black star print skirt. She then dedicated ‘Titanium’ to her ex, saying “this is to my d***head ex-boyfriend, Justin f****** Edwards!” She also performed a track from her new forthcoming album called ‘Leave Me Alone’.

I then ventured to Barclay’s Unwind Stage to catch Sneakbo, where I saw Political PeakSho Shallow and Ard Adz performing. Sneakbo then came out and the crowd went even wilder. He performed ‘Yo Sexy’, ‘Call Me A Naija’, as well as doing covers of ‘Imma Boss’, and ‘Oliver Twist’. Of course he then ended with ‘Show Me The Wave’, and recent release ‘Sing For Tomorrow’.

UK hip-hop’s savior Sway was next up on the Barclays Unwind Stage; again you could tell there were hardcore fans in the audience as he performed ‘Up Your Speed’. ‘Still Speeding’ was definitely a crowd pleaser and his latest single ‘Level Up’ left the crowd unable to control their high.

I then went to see Taylor Gang general Wiz Khalifa who looked very indie in a bowler hat, long t-shirt, black skinny jeans and denim jacket, performing his well-known tracks ‘Roll Up,’ ‘Work Hard, Play Hard’ and closing on ‘Black & Yellow’.

Fans gathered early to see The Weeknd. From the ‘House Of Balloons’ mixtape he sang ‘The Morning’, ‘The Party & The After Party’ and ‘Wicked Games’.  He also played tracks from the infamous ‘Thursday’ mixtape, which the crowd enjoyed the most. His solo performance for me was the best of the night; his vocals were 100% and you could hear every word of his stunning voice.

Next up was Ms Nicki Minaj. She got carted to the stage kicking off her set with ‘Roman’s Revenge’, ‘Did It On Em’, and ‘Beez In The Trap’. When ‘Moment For Life’, and ‘Starships’ came on, everyone was singing along. Near the end she did a dancehall inspired set, singing and dancing to songs like ‘Who Am I’ by Beenie Man and Tony Matterhorn’s ‘Dutty Wine’, where she showed everyone how it was done by wining on stage. ‘Superbass’ and ‘Monster’ were the closing tracks for the first lady of YMCMB.

Despite the rain, it was then time to see the artist everyone was waiting for – Drake. Coming on looking every inch the superstar, he was dressed all in black with touches of gold. He opened with ‘Underground Kings’, and ‘Lord Knows’ before quickly moving onto ‘I’m On One’ and ‘Over’.

He then said: “London is like my second home, I don’t give a f**k about the rain tonight.” The Weeknd came out to join him on ‘Crew Love’ and ‘The Zone’. Drake almost brought tears to The Weeknd’s eyes when he put his arm around him and told him, “I remember when I met you in Toronto, I knew you were going to be the greatest musician alive.”

Nicki also came back on stage for ‘Proud Of You’. The crowd joined in with Drake for ‘Take Care’, filling in for the missing Rihanna. He made the females falling for him judging by their love struck eyes! Despite the bad sound quality from the main stage, Drake put on a brilliant performance and proved why he was the headliner for Saturday and no one else.

Sunday’s Wireless saw Hyde Park become a lethal mudbath. The day was an eventful one, with the ‘King Of Hearts’ Lloyd taking to the stage to wow the ladies in the afternoon. UK soulstress Cleo Sol also represented in the afternoon, performing her new smash ‘Never The Right Time’. Other memorable acts included rapper K-Koke, StooSheLabrinthFlux PavilionRizzle KicksJessie J and J Cole.

Rihanna headlined Sunday’s event, which unfortunately was impacted by the poor sound quality, as it was for Drake’s set. Kicking off her set late, the star demonstrated her love for Egypt with an Arabian themed stage. The singer performed tracks like ‘Hard’ ‘Live Your Life’ ‘What’s My Name’ ‘Where Have You Been’ ‘S&M’ and finished off with ‘Umbrella’, at which time it was actually raining.

The 24-year-old’s headlining set was finished off with fireworks and bouncy balls being thrown into the crowd, before she told her adoring crowd: “Thanks for staying to watch me in the rain… Only in London would you guys stay to watch this show.”

MTV Wrap Up – LIVE REVIEW: BET AWARDS – L.A (JULY 1, 2012)

The stars and power couples were out in full force at the BET Awards 2012. As I hit the red carpet on a hot day in L.A, I found myself next to hip-hop websites World Star Hip Hop, This is 50 and others. Opening the show dressed in an all-white suit, Kanye West came on stage with some of his G.O.O.D Music crew including, 2 Chainz and Pusha T…

Big Sean also joined Kanye on stage for their track ‘Mercy’ which saw Kim Kardashian give a standing ovation, dressed in a white dress to match her rapper boyfriend.

Host Samuel L Jackson gave us laughs throughout the night doing skits with various people – Spike Lee also joined him to do a reenactment of ‘N***as In Paris’, making everyone laugh. Most of the celebrities I spoke to on the red carpet were excited to see Samuel L Jackson host the awards; whoever hosts next year will have a lot of live up to.

Nicki Minaj’s performance was pretty toned down as she came on stage dressed in a nice black outfit, which was not flamboyant as I would have expected. Nicki performed ‘Beez In The Trap.’

D’Angelo later came on stage performing ‘How Does It Feel’, moving on to play the piano for the next track. He was looking very much like a rockstar and was rocking out on stage like one too.

Mike Epps and Mindless Behaviour gave out the award for Best Female R&B Artist which saw Mike Epps teasing the young boyband about their age before Beyoncé was announced the winner. The stunning mama dedicated it to Whitney Houston, who she described as ‘my angel’ whilst also shouting out Lauryn Hill and Mary J Blige.

Kevin Hart introduced the mighty Maybach Music onto the stage before popping a few jokes about Jay-Z and Talib Kweli. Wale was first out as he hopped out of a car on stage and was joined by Rick Ross for ‘Bag Of Money’. Meek Mill and French Montana also joined them as they tore down the stage.

Nicki Minaj aimed to shock as Busta Rhymes presented her with her award for Best Female Hip-Hop artist – she thanks her Barbz and the BET Awards before telling haters (presumably) to “suck a d*** b****!”

Chris Brown’s performance was a very highly anticipated one for the night; given the release of his recent diss track. He came on the stage to perform ‘Don’t Wake Me Up’ and ‘Turn Up The Music’ topless with half of his body painted in silver. The stage set-up also came complete with ballerinas dancing in masks!

Tyrese and Ginuwine came backstage, discussing ‘real R&B music’ and chatting about how ‘it’s not house or techno’; they added that this is why ‘they are bringing it back’. Spectators saw this as a dig at Breezy, who picked up the Best Male R&B artist award.

Mariah Carey came out to open the Whitney Houston tribute and said ‘the last time I saw her we were in London. I miss my friend, I miss hearing her voice, and laughter,’ at which point she started to cry. The star managed to compose herself to finish her speech. We also saw Brandy sing ‘I Wanna Dance With Somebody.

YMCMB’s Tyga came out to perform ‘Rack City’ and Nicki Minaj was standing up dancing to her friend’s track to show her support.

Whilst Chris was at the show with YMCMB members Nicki and Tyga, Drake was absent. A source told Hollywood Life: “Everytime MC Lyte mentions that p***y Drake’s name, this whole f**king place is filled with boos. The boos came from people backstage, including Chris’s entourage and also from lots of people in the audience.”

We also saw the cutest couple in the world Jay-Z and Beyoncé play fighting, much to the amusement of the audience, when Jay won the award for Best Video Of The Year with ‘Otis’ – an award that the Queen B was also nominated for.

Big winners of the night were Jay-Z and Kanye who, of course, won Best Video and Best Group. Nicki Minaj won Best Female Hip Hop Artist whilst her buddy Drake won Best Male Hip-Hop Artist. Beyoncé won two awards, one for directing a video and one for Best Female R&B Artist. Wretch 32 repped for the UK, winning the Best International Act award for us.

HTC & Rudimental Join For The Intimate Launch Of The New HTC Desire C

On Monday 25th June 2012, HTC joined with Rudimental the chart topping electro band to host an exclusive gig inspired by the authentic sound experience people can enjoy on the new HTC Desire C

The electro band played hits including their number one single, Feel The Love, to the intimate 100-strong audience in London’s acoustic hotspot, The Old Vic Tunnels.

Alongside Rudimental were Blond-ish and a superb magician Von Majik, who performed tricks to us leaving us in a state of awe and confusion at the same time.

The venue picked Old Vic Tunnels was chosen because of the sound quality in it, which was meant to give us all an idea of the sound quality of the HTC Desire and to give users an idea of what to expect from the handset.

Speaking at the event, Rudimental said; “With electro music, there is nothing more important than a top quality audio experience – which is why we particularly love performing at the Old Vic Tunnel; the sound quality is second to none. We’ve loved using the HTC Desire C as it provides brilliant quality sound – you almost feel as though the artist is performing in front of you. This gig was a great chance to celebrate the importance of top notch sound with a brilliant audience.”

A must-have for those who crave superior sound quality, the exclusive Beats Audio technology included in the HTC Desire C delivers crystal clear audio quality. What’s more, its fast photo and file sharing features mean that friends and social networks can always be kept up to date in just a few strokes of the touchpad.
